Lets just get it out of the way right now...this movie is about SUPERHEROS, and you can't have those without SUPERVILLAINS!!!!!  So lets meet our supervillans first there is Dr. Apocalypse: He is an old supervillain throw away many years ago, but he is out again somehow, and he is out for revenge.  Then El Fantasma: Your average villain, he may only be able to say silly phrases in spanish, but they certainly sound threatening coming out of his mouth.  Hey and there will be plenty more of villains and henchman, but that's it for now. As far as Super Heros.. well here we go... The Blue Stripe Avenger: aka Bluey, BSA, or Stripey, he is our HERO, his power, between kickin' bad guy but, and lookin' good, he spends his time swooning over the Crimson Shocker (we will meet her later) and he also leads his team of three superhero, who are Mime Man: He is a mime, duh, but he isn't faking those walls, he makes 'em real, so watch out, oh and he doesn't talk too much, then Capuchin: this little fella is great, once you give him a little tickle he will go nuts and take out countless number of nameless henchmen, and last Lucky Dargon:  thing's just can't go wrong with the worlds luckiest ninja.  Now about the previously named Crimson Shocker: she is the newest superhero to come to town, she is tough, witty, and oh so fine, she stole the Blue Stripe's heart, but she is a little preoccupied with Stupendous Man: This guy is great, at being a stuck up glory hog, no matter what Bluey does he just can't get any credit, heck half the time whatever Bluey does the credit goes to Stupendous Man. And last but not least Captain Righteous: This old superhero is in retirement, he was the guy who put Dr. Apocalypse away, but he is always there to give BSA a little bit of advice every now and again.  Wow, there you go, there will also be a Mayor, and other people, and along with a special guest appearance by a special guest.  Now explaining the characters kinda helped explain part of the story, so I am not going to explain much more, but basically there is a Secret Government Weapon, another secret, a Super Hero of the Year Award up for grabs, and a nasty little love triangle.  Maybe will let the cat out of the bag more and more as time goes on... well see.
